Completely fair examination
At a seminar called ‘CSS and Provincial Management Services’, which was arranged by the Centre for Competitive Excellence, the renowned scholar, Dr. Safdar Mehmood, stressed that the CSS exam has no favoritism at all. He added that the process for selecting officers is based solely on merit.

CSS Exams – More Than Just Text Book Knowledge
Dr. Safdar explained that passing the CSS exam required more than knowledge from textbooks. He said it also encompasses the philosophy of life and general knowledge. If you can pass the CSS exam you can pass any exams in life.

Dr. Safdar said it was your duty to complete the tasks given to you under the guidance of the country’s laws. He added that it was important your work be remembered after your death. Tariq Pervaiz stressed the importance of proper guidance. Lutfullah Virk agreed and used his own career as an example.
